CT's Creative Art Space is a 2 level loft style boutique venue.

The perfect venue for intimate private  events and small business gatherings such as

We offer 6 hour time blocks which include set up and breakdown time.


Monday thru Thursday events end at 10pm with rates starting at $400 for 5 hours and $450 for 6 hours

Friday and Saturday

Day 9am-3pm | 10am -4pm

Evening 4pm-10pm | 5pm -11pm 

Sunday

Between 1pm-9pm 

Basic- $650 plus tax

The Basic package is budget friendly to accommodate your wallet. Package includes 6 hours​

Hourly Venue Rental

Host your next workshop, fitness class, dance class, business meeting, book signing, networking or team building function in our loft style space.


12 workshop tables for up to 20 people. 40 people for chairs only.

(3 hour minimum)

Monday thru Friday - $45 per hour

Saturday and Sunday $85 per hour

Book a photo shoot or host a special event, and we’ll be happy to service you. 

For private functions we offer 6 hour time blocks: 4 hours for event time and 2 additional hours for set up and breakdown time. Additional hours can be added.

***PLEASE NOTE THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 25-30 SEATED AND 40 STANDING.
